    What a terrible experience. I signed up for the internet plus plan since I only needed internet and they had a special promotion running. I scheduled the install no problem that same week, however when the technician arrived and looked around he told me that he would not be able to install because Verizon (my current service) cut the underground wires needed. I called to see how soon the underground team could come out and was told in a week and a half. I explained that I could not wait so long because I had already provided Verizon with a termination date. SO the guy on the phone said ok... More...
